OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), 13 YEARS OF AGE OLDER AS OF 04/15/2008.

1. PROMOTION TIMING: The Schick® Quattro for Women® Get a Leg Up Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 4/15/2008 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. PT on 8/1/2008.

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.roxy.com, and follow the online instructions to vote for your favorite video submission in the ROXY Follow Your Heart Contest. After the voting process, complete the entry form and click “Submit” to enter the Sweepstakes. Entries must be complete in order to be eligible. Limit one entry per person per day. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on 8/1/2008. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.

3. PRIZE: (1) GRAND PRIZE – A $2,000 check. One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/11/2008 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize will be awarded and winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail. Prize is nontransferable. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize.

4. GENERAL RULES: Taxes related to the prize are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian, if Grand Prize winner has not reached the age of majority in his/her state or province of residence). Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian, if Grand Prize winner has not reached the age of majority in his/her state or province of residence) will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) within 14 days (or, for Canadian winners, a Declaration of Compliance with these Official Rules within 21 days) of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in the place of the disqualified entrant at random from all eligible entries received. If winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer, unaided, an arithmetic skill-testing question as a condition to receiving the prize. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate winner selection. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor's authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait, likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THE SPONSOR'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award prize from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or termination. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 13 years of age or older as of 4/15/2008, except employees and their immediate families of Schick Wilkinson-Sword, Quiksilver, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, including Colangelo, and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by national, state, provincial, municipal or any other government laws. Subject to all federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal laws.

6. WINNER: The Grand Prize winner’s name will be available at www.roxy.com after 9/15/08.
